My achievements are valid proof of my contributions in the settings I have worked in. In each company I worked for in the past, I raised my level of contribution to a higher level than before, which always resulted in the ability to apply a reliable and reasonable touch to business needs. Keeping in mind ethical and respectful thinking, I believe that everything can be managed if one wants to manage it. This belief results in my personal motto: nothing surprises me.
At Janssen, I worked as a team member in a group that was awarded best group project in 2010. At Allergan, I created the medical and strategic plan for Botox® use in chronic migraine. My plan covered external customers such as KOL management, government relations, lobbyists, as well as internal customers, which required that company headquarters have a common understanding of the Turkish healthcare environment. The wording for Botox® indication was reshaped to cover wide proportion of the patients than the proposed wording with regard to KOL management and government relations when seeking local approval for the drug, resulting in an award for “Best RSS of the Europe” in my first year at Allergan. At Actavis, in my fourth month at the company, I was nominated to “Best Actavis of Year – Contribution.” Also, at Amgen, I was promoted to the joint-company’s Mustafa Nevzat Medical Lead in my fourth month where I built up a new medical structure from scratch.
All of the above success stories are proofs that I am action-oriented and can deal with ambiguity, and that I have business acumen, compassion, customer focus, and timely decision-making abilities. I can manage diversity, have high functional and technical skills, and most importantly, I possess integrity and trust. I can also learn on the fly and create good peer relationships.
I’m trained to handle unforeseen situations and have the ability to create and build effective teams, and who can manage through systems which end up managing people and situations. Analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, quality decision making, and conflict management skills, all of which I possess, are some of the main qualities that I can implement into my service while serving for your needs.
I have the energy and passion for my work. I take very seriously my contribution into projects, which is tangible and for the benefit of the served company. I defend my company and our served partners, which covers compliance and ethics. I can transfer my knowledge and experience but not system of another company. I can easily accommodate myself to company systems, SOP’s and the like, and will not create a quandary for management and communications. I can see through systems and adapt myself and my team to have a seamless, on time, high quality, and friendlier service.
I think it is indispensable that a company be esteemed from the customer’s point of view. This can only be achieved by quality in service, trust, and consistency, all of which lead to long-term partnerships. This is what you can expect from me and my team.
